AI agents and automation that scale your business — without adding headcount.
I help small and mid-sized businesses turn everyday bottlenecks — slow lead response, repetitive support tickets, manual busywork — into AI agents and workflows that actually ship. Built around how your business runs, not a generic template. Need a website or marketing plan too? We'll figure that out together.
Three stages, in order, every time
I don't recommend an AI agent before I understand how your business actually runs — and I won't bundle in a website or marketing plan just because it's easy to sell.
Free workflow audit
What you sell, how leads and requests come in, which tools you already run on — I start with a free audit of how your business actually works today, before recommending anything.
Build & validate
I design and build your AI agent and workflows inside the tools you already use, and test it against real scenarios before it ever talks to a customer — usually two to three weeks, start to finish.
Launch, monitor & improve
You get a working system, with me watching how it performs and fixing issues fast in the first few weeks. If a website or marketing plan makes sense too, that's the next conversation — not a bundled add-on.
The moments that actually decide the outcome
Speed-to-lead response
Respond to a new inquiry in under a minute, any hour, before a competitor gets there first.
Support tickets, triaged and drafted
Incoming tickets get sorted, drafted, and routed automatically — a person still approves before anything sends.
Booking, handled
Customers book directly with your AI agent, and it lands on your calendar without a back-and-forth email.
Manual data entry, gone
Information moves between your tools automatically, so nobody's copy-pasting the same fields twice a day.
Reports that build themselves
Recurring reports and internal updates get generated and sent out on schedule, without someone assembling them by hand.
Content that ships on time
Drafts, social posts, and follow-ups go out the same day, with a human approval step before anything publishes.
How secure is my data with you?
Every engagement is contract-based, with clear terms covering privacy, data handling, and security before any work begins.
You'll get a signed agreement before any work starts — not a handshake — covering scope, timeline, and cost. That same agreement sets out privacy and security terms: what data your AI agent can access, how it's stored, who can see it, and what happens to it if the engagement ends. Nothing about your business or your customers is used, shared, or kept beyond what's written into that contract.
Frequently asked
Tell me where the busywork is piling up. I'll tell you what actually fixes it.
A couple minutes on your business is usually enough to know if this is a fit. If it's not, I'll say so.
Schedule your call →A one-person shop, built specifically for growing businesses.
I work directly with every client — no account manager, no hand-off, no team roster. Just one person who knows your project end to end, from the first call to launch.
Four things that don't change between clients
Built inside your existing tools
No parallel platform to maintain. If it doesn't run in the tools you already use, I haven't finished the job.
Measured by outcomes, not features
Not features shipped. Every build is judged by response time, tickets resolved, and revenue kept.
Honest about what's core vs. custom
AI agents and automation are the offer. A website or marketing plan isn't bundled in — we scope those separately, only if they make sense.
One person, start to finish
You work with me directly, from the first call to launch. No hand-off, no account manager.
Just me, for now
Dean Razic
I handle everything myself — scoping, building, and supporting every AI agent and automation I ship. When a project needs a website or marketing plan too, I'll say so plainly, and we'll figure out that scope together rather than forcing it into a package that doesn't fit yet.
I'll tell you plainly if we're not.

Short, specific writing from inside real agent and team engagements — not general AI or marketing takes.
The 5-minute rule for lead response, and why most agents miss it
Speed to lead is the single biggest predictor of whether an inquiry turns into a customer. Response-time research consistently shows contacting a new lead within 5 minutes makes you roughly 8x more likely to qualify it than waiting 30 minutes, and close to 100x more likely than waiting a full day. Run the numbers on a business fielding 50 inquiries a month: cutting average response time from a few hours down to under 5 minutes, at a typical 20% lead-to-customer rate, works out to 8–10 extra customers a month — without spending a cent more on marketing. That's the math behind why lead response is usually the first thing worth automating.
The two-to-three week agent build, start to finish
Most builds run on n8n as the automation backbone — it connects your CRM, inbox, calendar, and other tools into one workflow without locking you into a single vendor. Claude handles the parts that need judgment: reading a message, scoring intent, drafting a reply, deciding what to route where. Data moves through direct API connections to the tools you already use — HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Shopify, Airtable, whatever your business runs on — so nothing gets duplicated into a separate system you have to maintain. Every workflow gets tested against real, past examples from your business before it goes live, and anything sensitive routes to a human for approval rather than sending automatically. The result is a system built inside your existing stack, not a new platform bolted on top of it.
Why I don't launch an AI agent without a test
Before an agent ever talks to a real customer, I run it against dozens of real past inquiries and edge cases, checking tone, accuracy, and failure points until it consistently gets the response right.
Intelligent Lead Scoring & Routing Agent
Response time for high-intent leads dropped from ~24 hours to under 10 minutes.
Customer Support Triage & Draft-Response Agent
70% of tickets resolved with zero human touch, with sensitive cases still routed to a person.
What actually belongs on an agent's homepage
Visitors decide in seconds whether you can help their specific situation and how fast they can talk to someone — everything else on the page is clutter slowing down that decision.
The marketing spend I don't recommend
Boosted social posts and broad display ads are the two I steer clients away from most often — for a service business, that budget almost always performs better spent on faster follow-up.
Content Operations Pipeline: Brief to Publish
First-draft turnaround cut from ~3 days to under 2 hours, with a human approval gate before anything publishes.
Bring me your slowest follow-up. I'll tell you what's fixable.
Privacy Policy
Short and honest about what's tracked, why, and what I do to keep it secure.
What this website collects
This site uses analytics and advertising tracking — currently through Google's tools — to understand which pages get visited and whether ads actually lead to real inquiries. That can include your general location (from your IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived here (for example, from a Google ad). It does not include your name or contact details unless you give them to me directly, by booking a call or sending an email.
Cookies
This site sets cookies to support that tracking — small files stored in your browser, standard for analytics and advertising platforms. You can block or clear these anytime in your browser's settings; the site works exactly the same either way.
Advertising
If you arrive here through a paid ad, the ad platform (currently Google) tracks that click and, later, whether you took an action like booking a call — standard ad conversion tracking. I may also use remarketing, which can show you a Zenward AI ad again on other sites after you've visited this one. This runs under Google's own privacy policy, not mine.
Security first
I don't run my own tracking infrastructure — this runs entirely through Google's systems, which are secured at a scale I couldn't replicate myself. I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone beyond the ad and analytics platforms themselves. If you'd rather not be tracked at all, blocking third-party cookies or using an ad blocker works fully — nothing on this site depends on tracking to function.
Booking a call
The "Schedule your call" links on this site take you to Google Calendar's booking page, hosted and operated by Google, not by me. Any name, email, or scheduling details you enter there are handled under Google's own privacy policy, not this one.
If you become a client
Once an engagement starts, what data your AI agent or automation can access, how it's stored, and who can see it is set out in your signed service agreement — not this page. Nothing about your business or your customers is used, shared, or kept beyond what that agreement covers.
Terms of Service
The rules for using this website — separate from the terms of any actual engagement, which live in your signed agreement.
What this site is
zenwardai.com is an informational website describing Zenward AI's services. Browsing it, or booking a call through it, doesn't create a contract, retainer, or any other obligation between us. A real engagement starts only once we've both signed a separate service agreement covering scope, timeline, cost, and data handling.
